Our family-friendly campers provide ample space for everyone to relax and have the ultimate outdoor experience. With comfortable sleeping arrangements, dining areas, and entertainment facilities, your kids will be delighted throughout the journey. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, a family vacation, or extra housing at your family or friend’s property, we have the perfect camper to suit your needs! Making it easy for YOU: • We deliver • We set up • We tear down • YOU ENJOY! MASTER BEDROOM: Large private bedroom with queen bed and closets. BUNKROOM: Three twin-sized bunks, a closet, and a fold-out couch. The couch space can be moved to fit (2) pack n’ plays. MISC SLEEPING: The dining table and living room couch also convert to beds for additional sleeping. ENTERTAINMENT: Comes equipped with TV and radio. BATHROOM: Exterior door to bathroom, toilet, sink, shower, toilet paper, septic tabs, hand soap, hand towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and washcloths. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: • Pots and pans • Silverware • Paper plates and bowls • Napkins • Utensils • Keurig with complimentary K-Cups • Dish soap • Salt and pepper • Dish cloths and towels • Oven mitts • Ziploc bags • Trash bags • Paper towel OUTDOOR KITCHEN: Outdoor kitchen features a mini fridge, a pull-out sink with running water, and a propane-fueled two-burner stove. 16’ awning provides shade, and an outdoor LED light will help illuminate your setting. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before your reserved date are eligible for a refund, less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 3-14 days before your reserved date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours from your reserved date will receive no refunds of any kind. NO SHOWS are charged in full for the rental period reserved. Any party that has not arrived by the scheduled time of the rental shall be deemed a NO SHOW. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violations to our policies. We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather. Reservations canceled due to weather (or any other VALID and APPROVED reason) during the rental period will be given a voucher for credit toward use of same or similar piece of equipment for a later time, or in the form of a dollar amount to be used on our alternative equipment, and such vouchers will be determined at the sole discretion of Torch Lake Water Rentals Staff.
