Please visit us at our dock, located at the Elk Lake Retreat: 8095 Cairn Highway, Elk Rapids, MI 49629.

When you arrive, park as close to the garage as possible. If your group arrives in multiple vehicles, feel free to double park to make the best use of the limited space.

We appreciate your help in ensuring everyone has room—thank you for being courteous to fellow guests!

Fuel Charge

Daily rentals are charged for fuel used @ $6.00/gallon. We only use recreational fuel in our equipment. Please do not add your own, unless fueling at Elk Lake Marina or on Torch River. Recreation (90) is the only fuel authorized to put in our equipment.

How much fuel does your equipment hold?

• Pontoon Boats 30 gallons

• Jet skis: 15 gallons

Please return the equipment with as much fuel as you rented it with. If not, we can fuel it for you, at $6/gallon.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. If weather conditions are unsafe due to heavy rain, high winds, or lightning, we will work with you to reschedule your rental at no extra cost.

Light rain typically does not result in cancellations, but we encourage you to check the forecast and contact us 24 hours in advance if you have concerns.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a towel, snacks, water, and a fully charged phone. Non-marking shoes are also preferred. Life jackets are provided for all passengers.

A: Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol (for passengers only—designated drivers must remain sober). Please drink responsibly and help keep our boats clean.
